These terms apply only to browsing museesanch.com, the Musée Sanch online gallery. Access is free and requires no account. It presents Sanchit Babbar’s works and is not a shop with integrated payment.

2. Works and intellectual property

Sanchit Babbar remains the original creator. Drawings, prints of drawings, photographs, films, texts and distinctive signs are protected. Browsing grants no right to reproduce, modify, publicly distribute or commercially exploit them beyond legal exceptions or written permission from the rights holder.

3. Acquiring works

Displayed prices, sizes, editions and availability present the collection and may change. Acquisition links lead to studiosanch.com, where the seller, final price, delivery arrangements and contractual terms are stated in the order process. These browsing terms do not replace the terms of sale governing a purchase.

4. Use of the website

Do not disrupt the site, circumvent its protections or use its content unlawfully. Digital representations, including framed previews, are illustrative: colour, scale and appearance vary by screen and do not constitute delivery specifications.

5. Availability and external links

The site may change or be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. External services have their own terms. Nothing on this page limits mandatory user rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
